Business Process Expert vacancy requiring profound S4HANA knowledge for a globally operating Zug based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your tasks:
- Analysing and mapping client's business requirements, processes and objectives along with developing necessary product modifications, satisfying the client's needs
- Acting as expert regarding production planning, BoM, Work Centres, Resources, Recipes, Routings, versions and PRT, change controls, shop floor controls, Batch management and Equipment management
- Assisting the development of overall project plans regarding the scoping process as well as individual work plans together with acting as liaison with local sites
- Leading feasibility studies and process design and redesign workshops paired with demonstrating profound knowledge of modelling standards and LEAN
- Troubleshooting when needed with a focus on investigating, analyses and solving problems along
- Working on detail requirements for process supporting tools like S4Hana and MES for the Global Template Design team
Your experience/knowledge:
- 7+ years of work experience in consulting or project management within SAP integration projects and the manufacturing industry
- Excellent knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing and Core Logistics business processes in S4HANA Manufacturing, focusing on production planning, extended production scheduling, execution and quality management
- Proficiency of SAP's Industry 4.0 Strategy and solution portfolio and know-how of SAP's Design to Operate
- Familiarity with Project and Implementation Methodologies like Sprints, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe and other
- Finished Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline or any other comparable education
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus
