IT Project Manager (f/m/d) - Leading /integration / management / PMP / ServiceNowProject:
For our customer Roche Diagnostics International AG based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly qualified IT Project Manager
Background:
The Site IT Application Management Team is responsible for strategic IT consulting as well for maintenance, service and lifecycle of Site Service Solutions. We consult you competently in all concerns regarding Site IT Solutions. We analyse and evaluate business systems to ensure that your chances of success are able to meet the criterias and accordingly implement your IT projects professionally.
You will act as an IT Project Manager for various CAPEX Strategy projects. You are the strategic interface to the overall project management. Your main tasks include consulting, information gathering and provision, and coordination of IT tasks.
You will review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs and document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems that align with general business strategies. You will also implement, maintain and support IT solutions and infrastructure as part of CAPEX projects.
This will be done in collaboration with internal and external suppliers, in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Roche Service Management processes (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.) and Roche quality and documentation standards.
The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a professional candidate with experience in IT integration projects (hardware connected with automation mechanics or buildings). The background in Project Management and IT Projects is key as well as the necessary soft skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Leading, coordination and participation in medium to large sized IT projects
* Engineering and support for IT applications and infrastructure for Site Service departments such as Facility, SHE (security health and environment), and Building projects
* Work closely with IT Architects to ensure successful transformation of business requirements and technical design/solution
* Maintaining and supporting solutions, procedures and business processes that meet business, customer and technological requirements
* Development of documentation relevant to quality and security as well as system documentation
* Ensures that existing governance is followed, standards are compiled and areas for improvement and proposes are indicated
* Also takes over coordination within IT Application Management
Must Haves:
* Min. Master degree in Project Management or Computer Sciences or equivalent working experience
* Min. 5+ years' experience in project management in an agile environment, preferred in the highly regulated industry
* Min. 3+ years' experience in IT system integration projects
* Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in requirements management
* Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in application integration, maintenance and support
* Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
* Strong self-organizing skills and presentation skills
* Strong communication skills with internal and external business partner
* Strong Customer and Service Management focus, as well as experience with Senior Stakeholders
Nice to have:
Former Roche experience
* Project Manager Certification (e.g. PMP)
* Experience with ServiceNow
