For our client Roche based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a highly qualified Product Master Data Manager
Background
In the Product Information Management (PIM) team, we are looking for a Master Data Manager who is familiar with the Roche Diagnostics product portfolio. The respective product master data is used within the organization to optimize marketing, sales and service processes. For example, the Roche Diagnostics global website (diagnostics.roche.com) lets customers browse through an electronic product catalog managed by PIM to gather more information about our products and / or make buying decisions.
The perfect candidate:
We are looking for a professional candidate who either has an educated background in Life Sciences or did an apprenticeship in a laboratory setting and has relevant work experience. The perfect fit already has Roche Diagnostics experience and used to work in one of the product laboratories within Roche Diagnostics.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Product master data management for the complete Roche Diagnostics product portfolio, which entails Core Lab & Point of Care, Molecular Lab, Pathology Lab, Sequencing, LifeScience and CustomBiotech
* Read and interpret instructions for use / method sheet documentation describing the procedural information about clinical laboratory testing. Alternatively use other sources to obtain the necessary information (e.g. via network of product managers, product labeling, research and development, etc.)
* Add relevant procedural information to master data management system (Informatica) thereby adhering to departmental data governance principles
* Use Jira / Service Now for tracking change requests / tickets regarding product master data.
* Align and coordinate change requests with stakeholders in business and IT
* Participate in change management team meetings to elaborate on and prioritize change requests / tickets.
* Perform checks on data quality and consistency, correct data errors
Must haves:
* Min. Master's degree in laboratory -, biological and / or life sciences , PhD candidates are welcome as well
* Min. 5+ years of hands-on procedural clinical laboratory and testing activities
* Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel) and Google Suite (e.g. gSheet, gDrive)
* Experience with the interpretation of instructions for use / method sheet documentation
* High level of abstraction, analytical thinking and structured way of working
* Proficient level of English, German language is a plus
Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge about the Roche Diagnostics product portfolio, for example obtained by working with Roche Diagnostics products in a clinical laboratory setting or product marketing
* Master Data Management experience, preferably with Informatica P360/MDM
* Marketing content management experience, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager
* Able to create and maintain a broad network of business stakeholders
* Experience with Jira / Service Now for managing change requests / tickets
