Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound Risk Control knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the implementation of data science solutions for risk management
- Performing functional software testing and UAT with both IT peers and the user community
- Managing sprints and release plans as well as supporting agile project management tasks
- Conducting requirements-gathering activities using internal/external data and end user interviews
- Describing business processes and organizational structures to business and data architects
Your experience/knowledge:
- Risk management experience in the financial industry, preferably also in model life cycle management
- Practical knowledge of agile principles would be advantageous
- Able to translate target state process designs into requirements sets for robust software development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills, with focus on process improvement in the financial industry
- Degree in business administration, banking and finance or engineering
Your soft skills:
- Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to work across teams and functions
