Reporting Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Working on different projects to further improve AEI/FATCA reporting
- Managing clients in tax portals in various countries
- Pulling data from core-system in order to perform data analysis for improvement projects
- Checking large shareholdings within trust structures for reporting triggers on a daily basis
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in case of a reporting trigger and ensuring correct reporting by the trust manager
- Running improvements projects to increase efficiency
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience as a business analyst, project or risk manager
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, with a strong IT affinity
- Project management skills as well as experience in AEI/FATCA reporting is an advantage
- Ability to provide high quality deliverables within a given timeframe
- Familiarity with the trust business is a plus
- Fluency in both English and German is desired
