Trust Management Officer vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Meeting regulatory requirements, project objectives and operational support by overseeing KPIs, KRIs and controls in conjunction with functional teams
- Enabling the business to operate in accordance with expected standards
- Supporting the Global Head of Trust Management and the CFO/COO in achieving key targets
- Coordinating with key stakeholders across locations and business areas on important projects such as external audit queries
- Controlling design and process improvements and conducting audit action implementation
- Performing policy and procedure reviews as well as providing management support
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in business management, project management, COO area or similar within the financial industry
- Expert knowledge in reviewing, redesigning and creating controls, procedures and policies
- Background in fiduciary services and/or project management is an advantage
- University graduate in Business, Economics or similar field
Your soft skills:
- Problem Solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
