For our client, a bank in Zurich, we are looking for an Agile Project Leader for the internal Health Care strategy.Tasks
- Develop an innovative, strategic vision for the banks Health strategy, shape the underlying roadmap
- Act as an interface between the banks divisions, IT/technology providers and health specialists in the digitalization environment
- Close collaboration with various representatives of the bank, health care providers, and other key market participants in the health industry
- Identification of competitors and other important market players, incl. competitive analysis of the corresponding products and services
- In discussions with the various stakeholders, you identify their needs, proactively work out innovative technical solutions in relation to their strategic issues and are able to communicate these convincingly
- Supervise project development, define and adhere to specific project milestones in order to actively, consistently and steadily drive the topic forward
- Plan and organize meetings, coordinate network exchanges
- Conceptualizing use cases and capture emerging trends within the health data / life science sector
- Develop product ideas together with the innovation team, definition of a first MVP
Requirements
- Visionary mindset, experience within research preferably within the health care sector (health data / life science)
- Broad network in the health care sector
- Strong agile project management skills (miro board, etc.)
- Professional use of project management tools and MS Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
