Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Finance Technology
Business Management.
We are currently rolling out ApptioOne to enable smarter decision-making based on cost transparency for
IT Products, supporting our IIx transformation towards product centricity. In the next phase of the project,
we aim to implement a new IT Finance Planning approach to simplify the complexities of budgeting,
forecasting and long-range planning, allowing the new organization to improve resource prioritization and
optimize costs.
The perfect candidate: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with an IT and financial
management background to support our TBM transformation as we roll-out ITFM Cost Transparency
throughout an Integrated Informatics organization and implement IT Financial Planning. This role involves
close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization. The ideal
candidate will be able to contribute to the design of our planning solution based on previous experience
working with TBM in different organizations.
Areas of responsibility:
* Participate in the design, development, and implementation of the Technology Business Management
(TBM) Model
* Collaborate with IT and Finance to improve our modeling of Total Cost of Ownership, financial metrics,
Bill of IT and Cost Transparency
* Co-lead the design and implementation of IT Financial Planning
* Gather functional and business requirements and rapidly translate that information into a working set
of operational and financial models
* Support the transition of Informatics to a product-oriented, integrated and agile organization
* Design and document processes and procedures for use by the TBM team, users and administrators
Professional and technical requirements:
* Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or
related field
* TBM certification (CTBME, Apptio ACP or ACE)
* Minimum 2-5 years of recent experience as an Apptio TBMA and working knowledge of TBM
* Strong experience in financial processes in the IT environment (e.g. CAPEX or forecasting)
* Knowledge of ApptioOne required (or similar tools: ServiceWare, Nicus, ProvenOptics)
* Experience in IT projects with manging/financial topics or software development with SAFe experience
* Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server
utilization, virtual environments, storage and application development
* High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
* Experience with data dictionaries, data analysis and relational databases
* Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting, and resolving data-related issues
* English fluency (spoken and written)
* Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to breakdown complex information to simple solution requirements
* Strong to expert skills in data analysis/manipulation
Nice to Haves:
* Knowledge of ServiceNow, TargetProcess, Cloudability, SAP, Jira and Tableau strongly preferred
