Main tasks:
- Develop the project plan, identify required resources and create the team
- Estimate budget
- Organise the team, set objectives, manage/track the tasks
- Manage the deadlines, assure the team to meet the timelines
- Coach the team members
- Report into program upon risks and issues
- Track costs
Main qualifications
- Experienced as project manager
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with service management / development of infrastructure services
- Experience in transforming into an operational organisation
- Hands-on experienced in managing outsourcing projects
- Experienced in execution of various transition and transformation projects
- Experienced with MS Office and collaboration tools
- Experienced with foreign service providers is beneficial
- Very good German and English language skills
