Global Project Coordinator ERP (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Plan and control project resources and activities
- Gather support information used for prioritizing project activities
- Organize and track assigned project tasks and activities per the project plan
- Identify, document and ensure analysis of change requests throughout project life cycle
- Communicate project status and activity updates to stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAID)
- Identify, document and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategy in collaboration with sponsors, stakeholders and solution owners
- Prepare and/or collaborate on multiple project management deliverables like Roles & Responsibilities matrix, Test Report, Training Plan, Deployment Plan, Operational Support Plan
- Management of project document repositories (gDrive, Veeva QualityDocs)
- Support meetings and workshops (facilitation, meeting minutes, organization)
- Project administration (onboarding of new team members, access management to document repositories, maintain org chart and contact list etc.)
- Familiar with Project Management Methodology and ensure project deliverable completion to meet validation requirements
- Coordination of specific activities as needed (i.e. application testing, deployment)
Main qualifications
- Bachelor degree (e.g. in Project Administration/ Management) or equivalent education or experience
- Experience as project coordinator or any similar role in an global project environment in an multinational providing company (preferred in the pharmaceutical industry)
- Proven experience in delivering project in regulated or validated environments (GxP and CSV solutions)
- Experience working in comprehensive project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK) and Agile experience
- Experience using tools for project scheduling (e.g. Trello, JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, GSuite)
- Basic understanding of IT manufacturing or supply chain functions (understanding of end to end process to be able to discuss topics with business)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with an multiple IT- and Business stakeholder groups
- Structured approach, problem-solving, attention to details, self-directed, analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to lead, plan, coordinate, manage, facilitate and enable
