For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT Business Analyst - Employee Onboarding / Cloud
In this role you will join a mult-year initiative to transform the onboarding process for new employees by introducing a fully integrated mobile application-based solution.
Your Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven work experience as a Business Analyst in IT field
- Prior experience in cloud & SaaS Delivery and / or employee onbaording projects
- Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but preferred
- Very good technical writing skills
- Strong problem-solving and management skills
- A highly independent and well-structured work style
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with the program stakeholders and SMES to determine the current onboarding processes, building access, logical access
- Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors
- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources including
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and work with the architecture team to ensure that the requirements are an input into the system specification
- Work with the relevant SMEs to develop a solution that meets business requirements
