Your tasks
- Act as Product Owner for Credit / Structured Finance related applications, tools and processes
- Collaborate with the Product Management and Business Owners to understand customer and market needs in terms of new offerings / product innovation, new features / processes and / or automation / redesign of existing features / processes
- Translate client, business and market needs into stories / technical product requirements
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the bank / vendors to refine, document and prioritize features and stories
- Manage the product life cycle from conception through release (incl. testing / sign-off)
- Communicate team and product metrics to stakeholders
Must have competences
- Agile Project Management skills
- Experience in credit business, specifically structured finance
- Experience in Lombard and / or mortgage is a plus
- Experience in business process (re-)engineering
- Understanding of Business & IT Architecture
- Technically savvy result driven team player with strong analytical skills
Nice to have competences
- Experience in derivatives
- SAFe, scrum of scrum or similar
- German preferable
