We are supporting our client, a bank in Zurich, by finding a PMO to support the preliminary analysis of a potential establishment of an onshore branch.Tasks
Project design
- Define overall project structure and design (e.g. further define timelines, key milestones, deliverables, etc.) in close collaboration with project lead and project manager
- Support selected project streams through design phase
Day to day activities
- Provide day to day coordination and oversight of the project
- Run and prepare meeting cadence (e.g. project stream owners, PMO team meetings, Project Leader Touch Points, STCs etc.) to support reporting structure
- Ensure relevant info is shared across the project
Facilitator and sparring partner (a plus)
- Challenge content and targets delivered by different projects streams
- Bring in out-side in topic expertise
Requirements
- Experience as PMO and/or Project Management for market strategy reviews & implementation
- Stakeholder Management & coordination skills
- Conceptual skills and in the position to work independently
- Preparation of high-quality ppt presentations / documents
- Preferable:
- Knowledge of the Italian financial market & regulations (PB)
- Multilanguage (English, Italian, German)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish and Italian is a plus
