Key Responsibilities
- Data gathering and transformation to provide input for dashboards, advanced analytics models and marketing automation tools.
- Defining, building, and operationalizing:
- Advanced analytics models for marketing and sales purposes (segmentation, propensity models: cross-sell, up-sell, churn prevention, etc, and next best action/offer recommender)
- Ad hoc reports and automatically updated dashboards that provides actionable insights with marketing and sales as the focus
Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:
- We work in a complex environment across various platforms and stakeholders, so there will be challenges along the way.
- Our projects are subject to a number of processes and protocols that need to be properly addressed.
- Our goal is to always deliver, even though processes may take more time and patience than initially thought.
