Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Working within the International Private Bank Portfolio Analysis Group, producing client reporting which provides detailed information on the income, fees and transactional activities that have occurred within clients’ investment portfolios over a period of time
- Source the information from various systems and consolidate the data into an Excel reporting template following a specified format - the templates are updated through a combination of automation and manual entry
- A series of checks are performed to validate that the template has been updated correctly
- You are responsible to investigate any queries relating to the information contained in the report
- Liaising between different operational teams and preparing an explanation back to the client to address the query
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in working in a financial institution with a good understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
- Proficient in English, French is beneficial
