For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified PMO Support (m/f/d).
Background:
The objective of the ASPIRE program is to establish a future vision and design and build a Core Template for Finance & Procurement (Pharma, Dia, Group), Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality Management processes (Pharma) on SAP S/4 HANA, leveraging SAP's, industry best practices. The cross-stream Organisational Change Management Team of the ASPIRE program is looking for project management support / PMO function, ideally also trained as Scrum Master. Please note this is a PMO and not a personal assistant role. Experiences in comparable projects and with process oriented environments highly preferred.
The perfect candidate:
The perfect candidate is a self-organized individual who is proactive and not reactive and who has a structured and analytical mindset. This position needs someone who can support in many administrative tasks but is also flexible and can jump in if needed or do basic strategic parts. The perfect candidate is able to operate as "Chief of Operations" and support the manager in daily tasks.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- As a major part of this function, the PMO integrates project status reporting across the work stream.
- Gathers data about sub stream project progress and produce project status reports reviews
- Investigation specific performance issues and communicates/escalates early warning signs of troubled work streams
- Establish and enforce consistent performance reporting, KPI measurements and reporting
- Act as liaison between program PMO and PMO of the OCM stream to ensure deliverables are followed up.
- Introduction of agile ways of working as a scrum master for the team
- Metrics reporting and Management
- Risk, Issue and Scope Management, Document-Management
- Support on PMO Tools
- Hiring tracking, status reporting, follow up and establishing a process with external and internal vendors to ensure constant supply of business critical roles
- Budget tracking, planning, reporting and exchange with other work streams on request and supply of positions
Must haves:
- Commercial Diploma or higher education or any certificate in a similar area
- Min. 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator/ Manager, Scrum Master or Organizational Change Manager in a project environment, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experienced with Veeva, Sharepoint, GSuite, Smartsheet and Trello
- Experienced with Procurement Tasks (e.g. coordination with procurement, communication with different business partners)
- Experience in Budget/Controlling tasks such as orders, calculation or similar
- Agile mindset and experience in an agile environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and adaptable to project changing requirements
- Self-organized, proactive personality with technical understanding
- Very good communication skills with internal and external business partners
Nice to haves:
- German
- Former Roche Experience
- Scrum master experience
- Experience with Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
