Agile Transformation Specialist (SAFe) for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Supporting the Release train engineers in establishing new agile teams
- Coaching Business Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Designing short training sessions for various audiences in context of the transition
- Defining metrics and establishing their measurement
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience implementing scaled Lean-Agile Transformations (SAFe)
- Ability to execute on an existing plan and approach for transforming an organization
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills working in cross-cultural setups
- English - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Passionate about understanding people/teams in various stages of Agile environment
