Business Analyst - Accounting / Data Analysis - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced BA with understanding of accounting principles and data analysis.Your tasks:
- Performing business analysis of the accounting / tax function related processes, systems and data to assist project deliverables
- Liaising with IT function within the project, squad and transformation programs across operational system, ensuring common understanding of the tax requirements
- Performing analysis, assisting business case for tax technology implementation
- Addressing accounting / tax digitalisation requirements implementation including e-invoicing, real-time reporting and tax determination
- Helping product owner with work items planning, prioritisation as well as regular project status reporting
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of work experience in a Finance, Tax or IT department including 3+ years of practice in business analysis with a focus on Finance IT projects or operational systems implementations
- Familiarity with agile working concepts such working in a squad in sprint mode, living respective agile ceremonies is a plus
- Know-how of ETL and BI tools, knowledge of ERP implementation program is beneficial
- Experience with indirect tax concepts and processes is advantageous
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or IT Management or a comparable education

- Capability to cultivate networks throughout an organisation to gather support and to work in an agile manner
- Ability to drive forward numerous deliverables simultaneously
