Business Analyst for Labware LIMS - Pharma Technical Development and QC Lab processes, German and

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Kaiseraugst we are looking for a Business Analyst located in
Kaiseraugst to work for PT Informatics, the Informatics supporting Pharma Global Technical Operations.
Client is implementing a global validated LIMS solution (Labware LIMS) in PTD (Pharma Technical
Development) sites located in Basel, Switzerland and in Penzberg Germany.
The Business Analyst will gather and create LIMS-related user stories in the PTD non-GMP
area for Basel and Penzberg.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Analyst who is fluent in German and English
and who has the understanding of Lab Processes as well as QC from the pharmaceutical
industry. It can also be a candidate who did for example a Lab Tech apprenticeship and has
gained project experience and worked as Business Analyst.

Areas of responsibility:
* Business Analysis for the integration of Pharma Technical Development to the global LIMS
solution, non-GMP area processes
* Elicitation and creation of solid user stories in an agile working environment
* Acting as an interface between local business (customer) functions and the global project
core team
* Identify existing requirements and create new requirements, support German speaking
Areas and Sites
* Understanding of Business Processes and identify potential benefits, harmonize and
structure them into user stories

Professional and technical requirements:
* Min. 5-7 years of experience in an appropriately relevant area (e.g. Quality Control)
working as a Business Analyst
* Strong background in Pharma Technical Development and QC Lab processes
* Is familiar with the Pharma Technical Development and QC lab business processes,
understands their user needs and is able to translate them into IT system requirements
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization
* Analytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits, harmonize and
structure them into user stories
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
* Agile mindset
* Positive thinking and open to learn and improve processes
* Cultural awareness
