Internal Communications Manager vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years of corporate communications experience in a large firm, preferably with some background in the financial services industry
- Competency of writing for different audiences across different channels
- Profound stakeholder management skills combined with the ability to navigate a large global matrix organization
- Proficiency in PowerPoint would be an advantage
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken; German is beneficial
Your tasks:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy with the aim of effectively conveying the division's strategic realignment
- Providing strategic and tactical communications advice to business areas within the division across a broad range of business and engagement topics
- Planning and executing communications around key events including town halls and management conferences
- Supporting the divisional CEO's internal communications and engagement efforts, including drafting of memos and development of messaging for town halls
- Providing editorial support for the team, including producing feature articles, memos and talking points
