Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, as well as managing complex information flows and coordinating and integrating project management activities for Post Approval Changes
- Mitigate risks by coordinating activities related to the various milestone contributors
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end transparency of their projects to the stakeholders of the respective departments
- Likewise to mitigate and identify risks, you will work with cross-functional liaisons and drive process improvements with global process owners
- You will be responsible for designing, executing and tracking project KPIs. Similarly, you will prepare reports and be a point of contact for reviews
- General understanding of chemicals, formulation and packaging lead times, capacity and process reliability issues, as well as sourcing flows, market specific requirements and regulatory issues related to supply
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably Supply Chain or related discipline
- Working knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Excel skills with creation of macros, MS PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Relevant work experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent communication skills
