Your tasks
- Daily classification of funds and Private Equity and in some cases also structured products
- Correction of misclassified funds in HOST
- Administer, manage and conduct a regular FI classification board
- Part of the management of the customers equity research universe including life cycle management Managing 3rd party equity research in collaboration with our Advisory and Research departments including life cycle management
- Managing of our bond universe including opening process and life cycle management
Must have competences
- Deep knowledge of Financial Instruments and the economic implications of the usage of these instruments (3-6 years of experience in the financial industry)
- Knowledge of Financial Products and experience in advisory (advisor or in a support function)
- Expert knowledge in MS Products
- Confident communication (professional in English) with colleagues on all hierarchy levels (from apprentice up to C-level)
Nice to have competences
- Basic German / French
- Advisory & discretionary tools, processes and products would be an asset
- Agile development processes and framework would be an asset
