Senior Program Lead - OCM, English, German, gSuite / Master Data, Agile, Scaling AgileRole:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Basel we are looking for a Senior Program Lead.
To cope with the Pharma vision we need to transform the way we are working. Therefore, we want to invest into our artworks creation process and develop new systems and tools to enable a high level of automation. We anticipate a multi-phase approach with an expected overall volume in the six digit range. We are currently at the scoping & preparation stage and are seeking professional support until the successful completion. Our next steps are vendor selection (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and a proof of concept as well as preparation for the next phases until the end of Q1, 2022.
Areas of responsibility:
As a Senior Program Leader, you will guide and serve the project team(s) through excellence in program delivery. You will be responsible for leading and structuring the team activities to deliver program outcomes, products and services in a complex business and IT environment and define the program delivery method (i.e. Agile principles and practices or Waterfall) that best fit the business needs. Therefore, the Senior Program Leader can/shall take on one, or a combination, of the following roles: Program Manager, Project Manager, Squad Lead, OCM Lead, Transformation Lead, Agile Coach or Scrum Master
* Engage with Leadership, both business and IT, to collaborate on the delivery of value at a rate that is sustainable and digestible for the team and business
* Ensure promised business value is being earned by leveraging the value creation or value maintenance framework
* Orchestrate the formation of a squad and once established, closely interact with the product owner, partners and the development team
* Coach the team to learn and adopt agreed ways of working and reacting to potential challenges and questions
* Project/Program Leadership Competencies: team and infrastructure building as basis to deliver exceptional results.
* Provide focus and direction to successfully navigate complexity and uncertainty. Works out frames for decision-making and has a very good understanding of broad context for decisions. Rallies support
* throughout the organization to get things done
* Manage relationships and communication with various business and IT stakeholders to achieve program objectives
* Plan and manage program budget
* Key responsibility of the role will include linking the program with overall transformation targets and the occurring changes within the organization.
Professional and technical requirements:
* Certificate as Project Manager project manager and/or Scrum Master
* Min. 8 years' work experience in business critical project/program management or OCM
* English written and spoken is a MUST, German is a plus
* Experience in leading global remote teams
* Experience with tools like smartsheet, trello, jamboard, etc and with gSuite / Master Data experience
* Experience in collaboration with external suppliers
* In depth understanding of Agile, Scaling Agile, and associated change management, painted with experience in global strategic projects
* Strong leadership skills in a cross-functional matrix environment
