Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fit-to-Standard-Workshops zu fachlichen Themen in den Bereichen Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, Controlling (DBR, Ergebnisrechnung), Projektsystem, standardnaher Sollprozessdefinition.
Grosse Erfahrung mit SAP FI oder SAP CO erfoderlich. Fähigkeit zur Führung anspruchsvoller Teams und zum Expectation Management hinsichtlich Prozessharmonisierung und SAP Standardeinführung
SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling
Preparation and execution of fit-to-standard workshops for functional topics / areas Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Controlling (margin calculation, profitability analysis), project systems (PS).
Focus on process harmonization and SAP standard to-be process definition.
Creation of functional business blueprints as well as preparation for an agile S/4HANA implementation.
Intensive SAP experience in SAP FI or SAP CO required. Ability to lead complex and diverse teams and manage stakeholders' expectations regarding process harmonization and SAP standard.
