For our client, a global insurance group in the Zurich area, we are looking for a Business Analyst.Tasks
- Contact person from the business for questions regarding new clients, services or applications
- SME contact for M365 and client migration for questions/requirements arising from these workstreams in connection with business applications or business requirements
- Recording, elaboration and evaluation of business requirements for new clients, services or applications.
- Ensure that the business requirements are adequately considered in the concepts and that corresponding test scenarios (where necessary) are developed and allocated
- Expected deliverables:
- Relevant business requirements for new clients, services or applications are included in the solution concepts
- Test cases are documented and responsibility for execution assigned
- Coordination of requirements and solution approaches between project and business application managers is ensured
Requirements
- Practical experience from similar migration projects (on-prem to hybrid cloud, M365) in a company reporting to FINMA
- Very good methodological knowledge in the analysis, conceptualisation and specification of business requirements
- Fluent in English and German
