Our client, an insurance company in the Zurich area, is looking for a SME to workstream and lead our client's setup / migration.Tasks
- Coordination of the resources of the SME's Client Engineering and Business Analyst
- Responsibility for the conception and planning of the new client services and the client renewal with the new provider (incl. desktops, laptops and virtual clients)
- Reporting of the status to the Project Manager Integration and the project management
- Participation in contract negotiations with an external provider for M365 services, providing the required technical expertise for M365 client integration
- Client architecture (virtual and physical), standard image and service delimitations or service architecture
- Expected deliverables: Solution concept and migration planning for the introduction of the new client services and the client hardware renewal and validated and approved new client services contracts with the external providers
Requirements
- Solid experience of client-side migration from on-prem to M365 and general cloud services
- Solid experience in client service design in a multi-provider and multi-client setup
- Practical experience with client retenewal and external service providers
- Certified Modern Desktop Administrator
- Fluent in English
