YOUR MISSION
Together with your team, you will independently manage end-to-end recruiting projects including
- Coordination of requirement profiles
- Creation of job advertisements
- Definition of active sourcing strategies
- Identification and pre-screening of candidates
- Preparing candidate profile and/or assessments
- Coordination of expert and client interviews
- Supporting the onboarding process
- You will take care of clients which had been recommended to us by happy clients
- Your creativity and experience will continuously help to further improve our recruiting processes
- You take on (partial) projects from time to time on topics that are close to your heart
YOUR EXPERIENCE / TALENTS
- You are a professional in formulating job adverts, defining search strategies and identifying suitable candidates - ideally for IT & HR positions
- It would be great if you also had experience in managing customer relations and in leading small teams
- You like to approach people, think analytically and act entrepreneurial
- You have strong communication skills in fluent English and German
