For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
(Junior) Compensation Analyst - HR / IWM
In this role you will respond to the needs of any compensation management related requests in a timely manner and will provide relevant support.
Your Qualifications:
- Working experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial and HR environment
- Knowledge of compensation management topics
- Comfortable with large sets of data and strong skills in Excel
- Very strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Motivated quick learner, who is able to pick up new tasks and working processes very quickly
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the IWM (International Wealth Management) compensation management year-end activities (both process and compensation tool)
- Collaborating with other compensation managers within IWM (International Wealth Management) on centralized year-end topics (management compensation reporting and communications)
- Responding to the needs of any compensation management related requests in a timely manner, and providing relevant support
- Supporting the compensation management governance activities, documentation and education material, and communication
- Perform ad-hoc reports and benchmarking requests
