Workday HCM Specialist - Prism vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Working with People Analytics Team to deliver end-to-end reporting and analytics from Workday HCM
- Developing and creating self-service reports and dashboards within Workday HCM and Tableau
- Utilizing Workday Prism to optimize data workflows and integrate external data sources into Workday HCM
- Collaborating with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality in all reporting and analytics outputs
Your experience/knowledge:
- Proficiency in general data analytics principles and techniques
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Reporting and Workday Prism
- Strong expertise in Tableau, Tableau Prep, Dataiku, or similar data visualization and analytics tools
- Workday Pro or Tableau Certificate; any additional certifications in data analytics, data visualization, or related fields are a plus
