Web Developer Senior (Java, investment banking, German]
Our client, a large IT System integrator is looking for a Senior Web Developer to support their customer's project (a large bank) in the area of Compliance. The position covers the whole SDLC, from Design to the implementation, test and handover to production support.
Must Criteria:
- 10+ years of experience using Java
- 7+ years of experience in developing Web applications (Javascript, HTML, CSS, Java, Struts, Spring framework, Hibernate, SQL, Junit)
- Understanding the whole web application stack from database layer up to the Front End
- Very good problem analysis skills
- Can automate installations, deployments and orchestration in a Scripting language
- Familiar with Git
- Customer-focused and supportive
- Good team player but can also work on individual tasks without supervision
- Pick up new skills quickly
- Cooperative
- Stays calm and focused under pressure
- Good communication skills:
- Documentation (Wiki)
- Verbal (English, German is a plus)
