For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking ASAP for an
User Supporter in IT Change Management
The application accompanies the engineering departments along the software development life cycle through unit testing, integration testing, quality assurance and into production; at the end of each phase, projects are required to fulfil certain delivery requirements as part of the tollgate process before they can transition into the next phase, so the main task is: user support duties for the internally developed IT Change Management application.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
providing consultancy services to users with respect to the above-mentioned implementation of the IT Change Management process within the application; compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the quality assurance phase etc.; performing administrative tasks in the application, eg unlocking phases where projects missed deadlines, replanning phases of change requests etc. Required skills are:
Several years of experience in change management process (in alignment with ITIL) Understanding of Unix/Windows/Mainframe/network/Firewall technologies Solid know-how with MS Office tools Very good German and English knowledge is a must Are you interested in this position?
