User Experience SME
For a client, a global leader in their field, Swisslinx is searching for a User Experience SME for a contract position in Zurich.
The successful candidate will join the Plan and Build phase of a global transition and transformation programme.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the Hosting & Middleware and Applications services are introduced and maintained to a high standard in order for the Run phase to continue un-interrupted. The candidate will liaise with the Service Delivery team to uncover and define new business requirements in the User Experience space and make recommendations on if and how these requirements can be met.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and show continued development in your specialist field

You will have experience with service transition on a global scale

You will have at least 5-6 years as a User Experience SME

You will have experience assisting in the introduction of services for at least 100,000 users across the globe

You speak and write English completely fluently
