UX Researcher vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your tasks:
- Designing and conducting research studies with a focus on usability studies
- Working together with product teams to define and prioritize research questions
- Ensuring effective communication of research findings
- Synthesizing findings into workable design principles
- Using research findings to contribute to product improvements
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of working experience in applied research setting
- Product research experience in an applied research setting
- Background in preparing and conducting usability studies
- University degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or equivalent practical experience
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
Your soft skills:
- Excellent analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behavior
- Ability to present findings concisely and effectively
