UNIX System Administrator, Contract, Banking, Zurich, Switzerland. On behalf of our client, a leading company in the banking sector, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated UNIX System Administrator.
In this contract position, you will act as a system administrator in a UNIX environment.
Your main tasks will be:
- package installation and configuration
- troubleshooting
- performance tuning
- monitoring systems
- testing
The start date of this contract is ASAP for duration of 4 to 6 months
Skills required for this role include:
- Strong experience as UNIX administrator
- Banking experience
- Experience with documentation, installation and testing/verification
- Perl/C and Wintel experience would be a great advantage
- English, German would be a plus
