Are you an experienced IU/UX Designer (m/w/d) looking for a new project? As one of the number one supplier in the technology branch we are currently looking for an experienced UI/UX (m/w/d).Tasks & Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis workshops with demanding business stakeholders and reach quickly consensus to produce detailed screens mock-up and specifications.
- Create detailed user journeys but limit options to business to foster fast decision.
- Play a key role in multi-disciplinary teams to design, prototype and build Wealth Management and Client Data operation front-end.
- Engage clients teams to successfully influence long-lasting exchange.
- Explain and support development teams on produced specifications.
- Support the team during features demos / testing
Required skills
- Proven experience in user-centered solution design of web applications (mock-ups, standard patterns, user's journey). Such an experience in Private banking / Wealth Management industry would be a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Banking sector, especially Private Banking processes (and more specifically Client data related processes such as Client Data administration, CRM...) - Knowledgeable about constraints pertaining to client data confidentiality (former banking secrecy.
- Previous experience in leading workshops with tight business availability and still achieve results.
- Ability to drive Business and work with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Scrum Master to validate design decisions in a timely manner to feed execution teams with validated Uis within tight schedule.
- Ability to question end-to-end rendering of a screen and highlight potential risks related to its end-to-end design (too much information, too much clicks, too much scrolling, rendering performances).
- Design Thinking experience is a plus.
- Business acumen - Ability to understand business priorities, and proactively propose solutions to business stakeholders.
- Communication - Ability to summarize a situation and communicate status and risks to a program manager.
- Ability to collaborate with other SI developer teams.
- Self-starter and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- English / French written and spoken.
