Trust Administrator vacancy requiring profound Wealth Planning knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:
  • Managing the transfer of companies to new providers
  • Collaborating with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
  • Maintaining the database up to date as well as creating documentation like letters and resolutions
  • Cooperating with Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
  • Supporting the Trust Officers with administrative tasks such as account openings and transfer of life insurance policies


Your experience/knowledge:
  • Practical experience in trust administration along with knowhow in wealth management
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office programs like Word and Excel
  • Degree or training in the financial area along with STEP certification would be an advantage
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is a plus


Your soft skills:
  • Proactive team player with good communication and organizational skills
  • Strong service orientation as well as a flexible and dynamic way of working
