We are supporting our client, an international bank in Zurich, in their search for a Supporter. This involves hardware as well as software in the Markets department.Tasks
- Receiving and processing questions
- Change requests and incident reports from users in connection with the IT infrastructure and software, mainly via telephone but also via e-mail
- Documenting and monitoring open enquiries and incident reports
- Pre-analysis of incidents
- Keeping users informed about the status of their enquiry and general faults
- Solving hardware, software and installation problems via remote access
- Instructing, supervising and supporting users on the telephone with enquiries and problem solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Banking/Finance or similar environment
- Experience in a Support role in a Banking / Finance environment
- Strong Knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft environment, especially software installation and administration tasks
- Knowledge of Products traded in Markets (FX, EQ, Options, Structured Products)
- Knowledge of PC and Server Hardware
- Experience of Incident Tracking software (HPSM, JIRA)
- On-call duty Whole Week (seven days in a row)
- High level of fluency in English and German (other languages a bonus)
