Test Manager vacancy requiring profound JIRA/XRAY knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Overseeing the testing process for regular JIRA releases, including all plug-ins used with a focus on XRAY
- Owning the test cases for XRAY and collaborating with the test automation team
- Executing manual XRAY test cases, also providing XRAY related support to the userbase
- Collecting, analysing, and aligning change requests with different stakeholders
- Delivering trainings and documentation for features introduced with new XRAY releases
- Participating in JIRA product board meetings to understand possible impacts to XRAY
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager using JIRA
- 3+ years experience using XRAY in complex setups
- Basic knowledge of XRAY administration, like workflow management, list values, and dependencies
- Well-versed in providing trainings and creating documentation
- Knowledge of other JIRA plugins such as Agile Hive and XPorter is a plus
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German conversational
