Are you an experienced Test Automation Engineer/Software Developer in Test looking for a new Test Automation position in Zurich? Do you have strong JAVA and Selenium skills, coupled with Front End UI test automation experience? Do you want to take ownership for driving automated testing as a discipline whilst performing hands on automated end to end testing? If so this could be the perfect next contract Test Automation Engineer/Software Developer in test job.
You will be joining a technically excellent development team that perform their own automated testing but lack a dedicated Test Automation specialist to drive automated testing as a discipline within the team.
Technically the team have a suite of in house developed JAVA applications coupled with Javascript and React UIs. As the Test Automation Engineer - you are expected to bring extensive experience of implementing UI AND API test automation using JAVA and Selenium. Good JAVA and Javascript experience.
Alongside the pure technical element, there is a "leadership"/ownership component to the role as the team are lacking the expertise in Test Automation. This will not entail people management, instead there will be leading the adoption of test automation and taking sole responsibility for performing test automation.
