Technical Writer 75% - GxP - SoX with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
Main Tasks:
The main responsibility of the Technical Writer will be to write the documents based on the input from project members, by using already available documents and by creating sections with new content. It is expected that Technical Writer will write majority of the documents, however writing will be done also by project members and other subject matter experts.
- Analyzing existing documents, extracting meaningful content to be included in the new documents
- Summarizing fragments of discussions and ideas from workshops, brainstorming sessions, etc
- Writing documents in a consistent way using various information sources
- Incorporating changes into the document during revision process
- Maintaining document versioning
- Reviewing textual matter, correcting and rewriting
- Professionals are experts in written communication, and very well know how to present information in a way readers will understand easily.

7 years of work experience in the field of journalism, copywriting, editing, required with at least 3 years exposure to GxP and SoX regulations
Editors hold a bachelor degree in either English language or journalism. Sometimes, other bachelor degree is acceptable, more so in the fields of technical or special-interest writing.

Duration: 11.6.2012 to 31.12.2012 (with option for extension)
