Responsibilities:
- Help internal clients resolve day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
- Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challenges. Provide day to day support to our front line teams with technical questions from partners about integration Design and implement reporting dashboards, SQL queries, and automated jobs to solve business needs.
- Evangelize new developments and assist partners in integration and long-term support to help them build long-term success.
- Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients' integrations.
- Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Product Technology managers and Product Operations managers.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- French speaker/writer (at least B2+ level, prefer native)
- Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis) Collaboration skills for working across geographically dispersed functions.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Familiarity with version control and Linux, Unix, or Mac terminal environments
