Technical Program Manager (E-commerce) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your tasks:
- Being responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring and transferring of projects and processes
- Collaborating with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Teams, and Analytical Leads to ensure successful project delivery
- Developing and maintaining project plans and trackers, managing bug filing/tracking, and communicating project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to key stakeholders
- Implementing project management tools and processes to streamline development velocity and improve efficiency
Your experience/knowledge:
- 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, preferably in Technical Program Management
- Proficiency in understanding software product lifecycle and structuring programs through various phases, including Ideation, UX Research, Objective Setting, Milestone Tracking, Testing, and Rollout
- Strong partnership skills with Product and Engineering teams in a cross-functional environment, including BD, Marketing, Legal, and Operations
- Working knowledge of SQL, experience in building dashboards, App scripts, and automated tooling would be advantageous
- Languages: English - fluent in written and spoken
