Team Lead Payroll vacancy for a globally operating Baden based company in the energy sector.Your tasks:
- Overseeing vendor-managed payroll for around 3200 employees
- Leading a team of HR specialists in executing payroll, compensation, and benefits tasks
- Supervising daily operations, including HR data maintenance and monthly payroll runs
- Performing annual processes like bonus payout, salary revision and fringe benefits
- Managing payroll-related risk processes, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements and performing audits
- Participating in projects aiming to optimize payroll, compensation and benefits processes
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of operational experience in HR Payroll
- Well-versed with SAP HCM, MS Office products, Workday experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Swiss laws and regulations governing international payroll
- Expertise in data reporting, statistics, related tools and software
- Educational background in business/HR with relevant certificates
- Languages: English and German - fluent in written and spoken, French or Italian is a plus
