Beschreibung
Tasks:• Lead a small team of engineers within the development of power electronics automotive
• Plan and review daily activities
• Operative support in design-, layout-, simulation- and testing activities
• Support the team on technical discussions, challenging and giving orientation
• Align with the Project Management and other teams on a regular basis
• Ensure that the existing processes are followed and seek improvements
Qualifications:
• Experience in electrical engineering within the automotive industry
• Good knowledge on power electronics, analog and digital signal electronics
• Experience in electronics design and testing of electric circuits (unit Test, EMC, Thermal losses etc.)
• Experience with mass production manufacturing
• Deep organization skills, sense of priority and very good communication skills
• Fluent in English and German, Chinese is a plus
