Talent Acquisition Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the energy sector.Your tasks:
- Managing End-to-End Recruitment by overseeing candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, and negotiations to onboard top-tier talent efficiently
- Collaborating with HR Partners, understanding business unit needs, gaining insights into short, mid, and long-term talent requirements for streamlined recruitment
- Promoting advancement opportunities within the organization and engaging in talent advancement initiatives
- Working closely with the active sourcing team to cultivate robust external talent networks
- Partnering with HR Operations for seamless candidate and hiring manager coordination, ensuring smooth job posting, scheduling, and offer processing
- Consulting business stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy and contributing to continuous improvement projects
Your experience/knowledge:
- Hands-on expertise with application tracking tools ATS
- Understanding of industry implications on talent acquisition; experience within a global matrix organization is advantageous
- Proficiency in succession and workforce planning
- Bachelor's or master's Degree: Preferably in Economics, Psychology, HR, or related fields
- Language skills: English and German - fluent in written and spoken
