For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Support Specialist for a 12 months' contract.

Requirements:

Good understanding & experience working in payments environment of a global acting bank.

Experience working with C2P would be a plus

Experience in IT Process Management

IT Service Operation

Software management/administration certification (eg ITIL)

Hands on Java Enterprise, Linux/Unix, Oracle databases, SQL, MQ, Oracle SOA Suite

Good analytical skilsl and problem solving ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
