Support Engineer Switzerland Speaker Support Engineer - 6 months rolling contract - Switzerland - Lucens
Responsibilities
Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment in plant and campus Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems Communicating clearly in written and verbal form Possess excellent customer service skills Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met Backup tape replacement Executive support Handling procurements Support rest of the locations in country remotely if required. Support Remote Desktop support team if required. Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location.
Requirements
Good Communication skill ITIL concepts MCSE or MCP preferred
Min 2 years of relevant experience
