Support Engineer – FranceOn behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Support Engineer to start immediately on a contract basis in France.
Responsibilities:
-Technical Support (Incidents, Problems, Consultations) for SMSC, MMSC, OCS Billing/Charging solution, IN prepaid solution.
-Strong technical knowledge and capability to investigate deeply and solve issue autonomously.
-Participate to knowledge sharing (maintenance experiences, troubleshooting documents update, etc)
-Contribute to test platform maintenance and update.
-Participate to Delivery projects (temporary assignments)
-Prime contact for any request dealing with maintenance and services
-Perform corrective or new software installation/testing.
-Interface with 3rd party vendors for Hardware and Software issues.
-Receive and participate to Change Requests management with pre-sales team.
-Participate to meetings with customer and issue weekly/monthly reports.
-Maintain and update maintenance processes defined with the customer.
-Control tickets resolution within SLA targets
Requirements:
-engineering degree
-5 years work experience in the telecommunications industry
-technical skills on IN and OCS platforms with the capability to perform and/or coordinate investigations with the client’s experts
-French-speaking with fluent English
