Support Analyst, UNIX, Sybase SQL, Contract, English, Zurich. On behalf of our client, one of the most recognizable banking brands in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for four highly motivated support analysts to work in a small sized and dynamic team providing business support to business and IT. users.
In this role, you will be required to provide support on internal as well as external applications vital to the functionality of the bank, communicate with other colleagues in order to resolve issues and supervise the service level agreement.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in an IT. environment and at least two years experience providing 2nd level support. They should also be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of UNIX, Shell Scripting and Sybase or Oracle SQL.
A solid understanding of banking or finance would be a plus.
Successful applicants will also be fluent in English.
