For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a 12 months period a Support Analyst - Cash Risk Support
Project Description:
2nd and 3rd level support of the Cash Risk applications in the various environments, supporting users and troubleshooting errors Application deployment in all environments supported Management of infrastructure, continual process improvement, performance and capacity measurement and management Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Software Engineering An aptitude for all levels of support work Strong unix skills (preferably Solaris) including clustering. Good Scripting and/or Perl programming skills Any exposure to additional technologies such as IBM MQ, Tibco RV, EMS and OLAP would be an advantage Fluent English is a must, conversational German would be beneficial Are you interested in this position?
